Attendee Guideline

  1. Technical requirements
    • Recommended device: Desktop/Laptop. Tablets or mobile phones are less recommended.
    • Install Zoom in your PC or mobile device. Make sure you have installed the most updated version of Zoom. Click on the link below to download the latest version:

    • You will need to have a stable internet connection (bandwidth 3 Mbps or above) – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE)
  1. Log into the event
    • The event program starts on 9:00 a.m. HKT (12:00 p.m. AEDT) on the three event days. You are suggested to log in earlier at 8:30 a.m. HKT (11:30 a.m. AEDT)
    • You will receive an email with a login link once you have completed your registration. Click “Join Live Now” on the day of the event.
    • The Zoom links provided are unique for each attendee (e-mail address) and the attendee can log in with the link with one single device at a time. That means an attendee cannot log in to the webinar on multiple devices at the same time.

  1. Language Interpretation
  • There are English, Cantonese and Mandarin speakers in the three-days event. Simultaneous interpretation is provided in these three languages.
    • Procedures:
  • Click “More” & Select “Language Interpretation”
  • You have the following options:
    • For English, please click on English channel
    • For Cantonese, please click on Cantonese channel
    • For Mandarin, please click on Mandarin channel
  • Select the language, click “Mute Original Audio”
  • Click “Done”
  1. Closed Caption

During the event, closed caption is turned on by default. If you would like to turn it off, you can click “Closed Caption”, then select “Hide Subtitle”.

  1. Review of the event
  • You will receive an email with your ticket number to access video replay of the event.
  • Please enter your registered email address in the “EMAIL” column and your ticket number in the “TICKET ID” column.

On the three event days, if you need technical support, please contact our UnFranchise Services Departments via phone or e-mail.

From 08:30 HKT to 18:00 HKT (11:30 a.m. AEDT – 9:00 p.m. AEDT) on Nov. 20, you can contact the UnFranchise Services Departments of Market Taiwan, Market Hong Kong, Market Singapore, Market Malaysia and Market Australia

From 08:30 to 18:00 on Nov. 21-22, you can contact the UnFranchise Services Department of Market Hong Kong.
