The Basic 5 consists of the following elements: Attitude / Knowledge, Goals, Retailing, Prospecting / Recruiting / Sponsoring, and Follow Up / ABC Pattern. Out of those five crucial elements, the most important concept to grasp is the ABC Pattern.
The ABC Pattern relies on following up in order to promote duplication. The ABC Pattern allows UnFranchise® Owners to control the result and success of building a group. This all begins when UFOs form a combined team with their senior partner and current teammates. From there, the team should work together to help the newest member of the team to cycle weekly and continue that pattern every time a new teammate is added.
This concept is all about following up with your new team members. In order to achieve the duplication results you want, you have to put in the time and effort within your team. Take good care of your teammates. Make them comfortable and confident enough to grow their UnFranchise. After every meeting, schedule another meeting so your new prospects can bring in their prospects and so on and so forth.
Duplication comes from the bottom up, not the top down. This is important to remember because if you are not recruiting the right GO NOW team members, your UnFranchise will never reach its full potential. If you show passion and dedication in your UnFranchise, it will rub off on your GO NOW teammates.
The best person to teach you about the ABC Pattern is the man who created it himself, JR Ridinger. In this video, JR explains the why the ABC Pattern is the most important element of the Basic 5.
