Recognition For Success – Jim Winkler and Andrew Weissman
Vice President of Sales Jim Winkler and Vice President Andrew Weissman recognized the following groups for their successful efforts in Market America: Directors, Executive Directors, and the Million Dollar Club.
Zoom Your Way To Success – Elizabeth Weber-Walliser
Intentional Field Chairman Elizabeth Weber-Walliser electrified the virtual crowd once she hit the stage. Elizabeth said, “We are building faster than we’ve ever built in 28 years. You need to Zoom into action. If not, you are missing the boat.” Elizabeth urged the crowd to help people get paid and change their lives. You don’t have to travel anymore to build a business. You can hop on a Zoom within seconds.
Use the evaluation approach, the no-decision close, and the trial run. Elizabeth explained how this is not difficult. All you need to do is ask people to evaluate the business. Follow these tips: Qualify people, lead people to other people, and ask for the most influential people they know. From there, work in teams because two heads are better than one.
These are Elizabeth’s steps: part one, part two, trial run, and repeat. Part one is the interview. Elizabeth said, “You need to sell yourself. People need to know why they want to be in business with you.” At the end of part one, book the follow up and move to part two, where you show the plan. After part two, if someone is interested, go into the trial run. Once the trial run is over, repeat and start from the beginning with someone new. Imprinting can now occur over Zoom. Elizabeth said, “No matter what, the most important thing to do is to help people get paid. We can do that faster than ever on Zoom.”
Elizabeth invited a few UnFranchise Owners to the stage to explain how Zoom changed their respective businesses. Deb Greigas explained how Zoom makes imprinting and duplication easier because you don’t have to build all of your relationships in person. Pam Valentine learned that all you need to ask people is to evaluate a business. Keep it simple. Grace Knodt stressed that it’s important to record people’s names and numbers in order to start conversations before you ask them to evaluate the business. Dr. Samantha Philips described how a Zoom meeting with Pam helped her get into the UnFranchise® Business.
After Elizabeth left the stage, Carmelo Anthony recored a video message discussing what it’s like to be an entrepreneur.
The Solution – JR Ridinger
The Founder, Chairman & CEO JR Ridinger started his presentation where he left off this morning with the solution. The solution is the UnFranchise System and the binomial MPCP. JR said, “We are not finished. We have not taken the model where it needs to go just yet.” This model is not an MLM. It’s similar because it involves people, but it’ different because it’s in line with reality.
The binomial MPCP works on a different set of principles and dynamics. The binomial is a paradigm shifting model. It is totally different than an MLM and disruptive thanks to the Shopping Annuity®. It all starts with the Evaluation Approach. JR said, “You’re not asking them to join. You’re just asking to evaluate the business. The evaluation technique is a chain reaction of people leading to people. People evaluate it that know the right people that you would have never met. It’s also known as the “Market America Dance.”
In order to become the change you want to see, you must master the Evaluation Approach and the No Decision Close during the Trial Run process. JR said, “If you can’t do 2 calls per week, then you don’t deserve a six figure income.” If you do 2 a week for a year, you’re going to get 8 Go Nows by the end of the year, no matter how good or bad you are.
How many have you started in Market America and didn’t do the Getting Started Guide? If you did not, then it won’t work. However, you can change and do it right. JR said, “You didn’t do it the right way. That doesn’t stop us from doing the right thing now. Are you ready.” Make it work first before signing them up. See if they can lead you to more people.
JR advised the crowd to change their atmosphere and leverage their connections. Everyone must see the plan three times before signing up. Your mission is to find out who you know and get your people to lead you to more people. That’s the name of the game. JR said, “I’m so passionate because I want you to make it so badly. If you do these three things, you will be a hopeless success.”
Then, JR touched on the power of the new UnFranchise Marketing App and how to prime the pump. Two per week x 52 weeks = 104 per year. No Decision Close; Trial Run: build small terms: the ABC pattern is automatic. Do this for 90 days.
JR used the imprinting with geese example to convey the Evaluation Approach and invited Kevin Buckman to the stage to explain it. Kevin said, “The master key is imprinting.” We don’t teach this aline. We teach it with you. When you combine all the lessons taught today with learning the more detailed and in depth lessons from the information highway with changing your atmosphere by doing this with your team, you can become a hopeless success. JR said, “The business is built on relationships and believing in each other.”

Power Profiles – Candice Yang and James and Doreen Ling
Candice Yang shared her Market America journey. She talked about how the business gave her more time with her friends and a sense of financial freedom.
James and Doreen Ling were honored to discuss their entrepreneurial ways. They found time for their business, and committed to the plan. Doreen said the business gave her the chance to see there is a better way to live life and make a living.
