Music Meets Lifestyle Marketing – Amanda Ridinger & Michele Molinaro
Amanda Ridinger and Michele Molinaro jumped right back into some very exciting updates after the lunch break. Conquer Entertainment have been hard at work coming up with some very neat ways to use their platform and ways to build your business.
Amanda explained how Conquer has created so many ways for you to use music to soft sell products to different customers. The two shared how they have come up with different updates to the Conquer business plan and the different ways that you can get in touch with artists and begin working with them including ways to consider an artist as a viable partner, their blog that has endless information about Conquer and these opportunities.
Not only do you have a portal, but you have a fan page that is totally customized within Conquer, it allows you to tie music and product together and a soft sale to your followers or friends. These customized tools are the perfect way to introduce your customers to the world of Conquer and the concept – and all of this is free! They walked us through how to set up a new fan page and some of the really unique features that are available. And of course – you can earn BV and Cashback on the songs that your customers buy on your portal and your fan page.

Recruiting & Upper Level Training: “The Method to the Madness”- JR Ridinger & Field Leaders
Anticipatingly, the crowd welcomed Founder, Chairman and CEO JR Ridinger to the stage for the second time so far during International Convention. He dove right into explaining how time is very important in this business and that quality time + growth + volume = residual income. The formula means that you need to use the right formula to be successful in this business and that involves 3 things: MPCP (basic 5), MPCP² (shopping annuity), and NOW MPCP³ (digital leverage). “Rather than using your time to figure out who or why everything won’t work, use your time to master this formula.”
JR shared a few anecdotal stories with us about learning the ropes in this business and defining just why it is that we are all here, in this business. “I’m going to do a little brain surgery on you today,” JR explained that we actually need to be “possessed” with the passion and belief of this company. Believe in what you’re doing and where the company is going and exude that success as we continue to redefine the global economic system.
“We are leading the parade,” JR shared how our business is on the cutting edge and how something this powerful only deserves to be shared with the world. At the very entry levels of this company, everyone has the same opportunity and has “magic” in their hands. No money is necessary, no large investment, to do this business. So there is no reason why you can’t get started today – you just have to have the drive and passion. Say goodbye to the corporate gridlock lifestyle and believe in the Shopping Annuity!
To grow faster, we need to increase the quality of our time so that the growth that we can build without our team duplicates. The only time that we have to gives needs to be of high quality – workings smarter rather than harder. JR showed us how easily we can properly manage our time and how time management and powerful use of your time is the key to exponential growth (think: growth on your UnFranchise team!).
JR walked us through the steps that will increase the quality of our time and highlighted some of the top tips to prospecting, recruiting and sponsoring other business partners in order to grow you network and build your business. Becoming a master recruiter really is the secret to this business and having confidence in yourself, your products and your business. Reiterating what Fat Joe told us all yesterday, you have to be willing to go “All the way up!” for the sake of your businesses success.
We heard the CEO explain how we need to follow the vertical, rather than the horizontal plan, “because that is what works in real life.” Everyone on the team gets 100% of the credit for product sales and business success in a vertical plan, rather than in a horizontal plan, where “people are falling off the ends and being left behind. Mathematically, this plan (the UFO plan) is just genius. This plan generates the possibility for everybody involved to not only be successful, but financially free.
“I think that Elizabeth Weber came up with this system,” the 10-3-2 system. Talk to 10 people, 3 appointments a day and add 2 people to your names list. Work 5 days a week and enjoy your weekends. Use tools like this (among many other tools now available to the UnFranchise Owner), and you have everything that you right at your fingertips to exponentially grow your business.
“You become a master recruiter by using all of these tools and taking the information and putting it in people’s hands, letting them figure it out for themselves,” JR said. This business has come a long way from having just the Basic 5, to all the things available today (that you’ve heard about at the event so far!). Custom mini websites, mobile apps, flip charts and so much more. A Master Recruiter is someone that can follow all of these formulas and exponentially duplicate the business. No one should have any excuses for not being able to get to this level, because everyone has the same experience and opportunity and everyone in your network benefits from the next person’s success. “At the end of the day, all of that is fantasy. Reality? Reality is right here. There is no way that you can grasp this concept without being here. At MAIC.”
The crowd learned from JR just how simple the process of the business plan is and how realistic this success is, rather than a 45 year plan, a 2-3 year plan is possible if you are committed to it and you are willing to believe in it. “Now you know how to do it, well how do you do more of it in less time?” JR explained, that is when you need to learn back on those original principles and formulas. Focus on the 4 C’s: Counselings, corings, combinations and cross pollination. Explaining each, he walked the alert crowd through how you can easily duplicate this business and how Market America stands out from the rest of ‘MLM’ companies.
JR moved into his skit and was joined onstage by several others including Jim Winkler and Andrew Weissman. They simulated an UnFranchise Owner building their business, UBPs and growing a network with different people who were either interested or not interested in the business and showing how you “shake the nuts” to the top, representing how you will come across many people who may seem interested in the business temporarily, but you are looking for the partners that can rise to the top to join you and strengthen your team.
To drive home another point of how important it is to work together as a team in order to pass along the correct message and get the job done, JR lead with an example. JR gave a message to the top UnFranchise Owners and Million Dollar Club Owners, starting with Elizabeth. They told the message to each other, passing it along through two rows. The messages was completely changed by the time it went through the group. This only reiterated the A1, B1, C1 pattern and formula for success!
Power Profiles – Tom and Brandy Holden
Tom and Brandy Holden joined the coliseum once more to share a story, a powerful one, of how they were able to create a 6 figure income in 6 months. Tom explained how he lost his first wife and was a single father of 5 kids, struggling to hard, until he found the Market America opportunity. When Tom and Brandy met, things just exploded. They wowed us with their success story, how they went from struggling (without even internet in their house!), to total success.
Tom showed Brandy the way of the UnFranchise Business and together they attended events and conventions and just got so excited about the opportunity. The two promised, if you commit to purchasing your tickets, you will commit to this business. “Don’t you ever give up!”
