Increase Customer Sales through Lifestyle Marketing with Conquer – Amanda Ridinger and Michelle Molinaro
CEO of Conquer Entertainment Amanda Ridinger and Conquer Lifestyle Liaison Michelle Molinaro explains how Conquer Entertainment is an example of lifestyle marketing. Conquer gives artists and musicians a chance to market their music, merchandise, and business. Sarah discussed the idea of big box stories and local businesses and the importance of customer relationships to advertise a business.

Lumière de Vie – Amber Ridinger-McLaughlin and Kim Ashley
This presentation is always very interactive and a fan favorite! The Creator of Lumière de Vie & DNA Miracles, Amber Ridinger-McLaughlin and Director of Motives & Skincare, Kim Ashley came with plenty of beauty tips and products to highlight your inner beauty. Amber discussed the importance of toner and putting it in the refrigerator in order to prevent breakouts. Kim went into detail about moisturizer and how people forget to put it on their neck, even though that’s where skin begins to sag the most with age.
Tired of puffy eyes? Amber gave the zany but practical idea of using chilled potatoes to reduce swellness and get rid of puffy eyes. “Don’t forget about the potatoes. I’m telling you, it works!” Exfoliation is also important to leave your skin smooth and silky and both women stressed to not forget about this step!
Kim said, “We’re telling you more ways to sell the product! You need to use these tips in your business!”
Amber and Kim were giving beauty tips and techniques that make your skin glow, get rid of age spots, and to minimize acne. The duo also gave away the products that they showed on stage to lucky winners in the crowd! Before and After pictures of UFOs were put on the big screen in order to stress that these products and tips work. We are in love with the A.M. to P.M. skincare routines that Kim and Amber shared with us and can’t wait to begin using the steps they recommended.

It’s recognition time! Vice President Andrew Weissman and Vice President of Sales Jim Winkler joined us again on stage, this time to recognize challenge winners who put in the time and work to succeed.
The following challenge winners were brought on stage to be recognized and take a picture with Andrew and Jim: WebCenters Challenge, Conquer Challenge, TLS Challenge, nutraMetrix Challenge, Motives Challenge, Chairman’s Challenge.
Each of these groups were also invited on stage to celebrate their new pin levels in Market America: Directors and Executive Directors.
Master Building Techniques with the Basic 5: Method to the Madness – JR Ridinger
Time and time again, Chairman and CEO JR Ridinger, continues to dazzle in his grand entrances and today was no different! “Today is my favorite day of all. Today, I’m going to tell you how I built this company.” JR touched on Marc and Steve Ashley’s presentations this morning and how Cashback, BV, and IBV levels are only going to continue to increase.
JR described the UnFranchise Business as a fluid because there is a unlimited supply of it. It fills the container (YOU) that it is poured into. So whatever your business becomes is what you see, decide, and believe, which all reflect your WHY. The trick is to learn how to create more duplication with the same amount of time.
JR’s famous definition about successful people is, “The person who succeeds did what the person who failed did not do.” It all starts with the fundamentals: the MPCP and the Basic 5. The MPCP2is the Shopping Annuity and MPCP3is the digital leverage, but they will not work without establishing the fundamentals.
JR challenged the audience to think and to write down the things that each individual UFO needs and wants to learn. From there, the UFOs had to write down what they were not doing in the Basic 5 and write down how many times per month they were implementing the Basic 5 into their daily routines. “If you’re not a Master UnFranchise owner, then you didn’t do the Basic 5 properly.”
JR believes that the only learning is experiential learning. You have to do it to somebody and duplicate the process in order to learn the business. The Basic 5 has not changed fundamentally over the years. JR went over the original and 1st Basic 5 and said if you think the same, you will do the same and get the same result.
The business is all about how you utilize and maximize your time, which is the great equalizer. The trap is we tend to spend time with the wrong people. You need to find “go-now” people. Our time becomes dependent on their timing decreasing the exponent Q. When you add the Shopping Annuity Members and SA master member to the formula it multiplies the V (Volume) by 4 which squares it. The result of the Basic 5 is represented in this equation:TimeQ=GrowthD=Volume2=$(Residual Income)
JR wants every attendee in the crowd to forget about the struggles of the past couple of years because he forgives you. Today is the day that people wake up and take off in this business. It all starts in the beginning with recruiting two members a week. JR says he gives you the tools to succeed and after 3 months, if you’re not a Master Member, then you did not follow the plan.
The business plan is combining the old with the new, but it takes both to succeed. JR gave the ‘Basic 5 Stool Analogy’ because it must be all done at the same time in order to stay stable. There are four legs and a seat which equals five. If you don’t do one of the Basic 5, you lose a leg and the stool becomes unstable.
JR believes that everyone is concerned about prospecting and recruiting, which is the easiest and actually the least important part of the business. The way to becoming a master recruiting is starting out with only doing 2 recruiting calls per week, which is 104 per year. JR also stated that he listens to an audio everyday for the last 35 years and it’s easier now than ever on the UnFranchise app.
The Basic 5 includes attitude and knowledge, goals, goal statement, the prospecting and recruiting process, and the follow up and ABC pattern. “If you don’t have the stairs to success, how are you going to get up there?” JR says he still has motivation and fire every day of his life even though he has found the success in this business. This prevents him from plateauing in this business. JR discussed that becoming a Master Recruiter involves the 4 C’s for time leverage and duplication, which are counselings, corrings, combinations, and cross pollination. Recruiting reflects belief and the 45 year plan becomes a 2 year plan.
JR gave a live demonstration about how he builds his “legs and stool” in the business. JR used a bean jar to show how to recruit members in this business. It’s all about finding go-now people and making follow up appointments, shaking up the bean jar and letting the nuts rise to the top. This is the ABC pattern that can help you grow your UnFranchise business.
JR also used the left leg and right leg example to show how you if you have a strong ABC team, it will result in sub teams or branches. You can hold meetings in multiple places, but it will all benefit your business. You can’t break the pattern if you have a strong chain of teammates. You can have meetings in different cities and cross pollinate in the different areas. This is how the 4 C’s come to into play.
JR went on to stress the importance of social media. If you use people like the UFO Marketing Director Elsi Pacheco, you might be able to spark that billionth of a volt. JR asks the UFOs how many things are on their list that they have to learn in order to become a Master Member. JR forgives you if you were not properly informed and challenges you to master the fundamentals. Your business clock now gets set back to 3 months and JR believes you can become an executive coordinator in that timeframe.
Field Vice President Arlene Lowey was escorted out by JR. JR spoke very highly of Arlene because Arlene is a no-excuse UFO and perfectly combines the old with the new. She uses the Shopping Annuity as her selling point to recruit. Arlene says that she hit the Shopping Annuity Bonus Program pretty easily, but did not believe she was truly living it out. Arlene explains that she has 25,000 BV and 19,000 IBV in her bank right now and does not understand how people can’t do this.
Arlene explained how she was able to convince a hospital CEO to join the business with her “Shopping Annuity wallet.” Arlene went with her step-by-step of how many products the woman used and showed her how SHOP.COM can make her save and make money through the Shopping Annuity. Arlene explained the difference between horizontal and vertical marketing. Arlene doesn’t have dollar bills in her wallet anymore because she only believes in money that will pay her to shop.
Product Promotion – Dennis Franks and Kevin Buckman
Executive Vice President Dennis Franks brought the energy in his entrance and started to discuss systemized selling of products and services. Dennis featured four products to portray his mindset of how to sell the products. The first product was Isotonix Bromelain plus, which alleviates joint discomfort. Bromelain has a BV% of 76, which is a good selling point. The next featured product was Curcumin Extreme, which is a great product to promote a strong immune system and a healthy liver. It’s all about telling the story of the product. The third product was Prime, which promotes cardiovascular health and muscular endurance and performance. The last product was the TLS Weight Loss Green Coffee. This will reduce excess sugar converting to fat and sugar cravings.
Dennis invited Special Projects Consultant Kevin Buckman, also known as “The Professor.” Kevin explained how Market America has been ahead of the curve in terms of selling health and nutrition products. This is about creating and feeding the Shopping Annuity in order to get paid. If you’re already spending the money, why wouldn’t earn Cashback with the Shopping Annuity? This is how you recruit. “It’s a slam dunk. They’re either in or they’re stupid!”
Kevin invited Executive Director Joe Hu to the stage, who discussed his background in Australia. Joe did not want to work a 9 to 5 job until he was 68. Joe said the only solution to this was to be his own boss in a business. Joe asks everyone if they truly believe they can work in this business. Belief is the biggest thing that you need and International Convention is the best way to build your belief. Joe talked about how the business is spreading globally and how it’s important to improve people’s lives who are in need of saving. The secret is in buying tickets because it is the fastest way your team will grow.
