The afternoon session started with music at the forefront with CEO of Conquer Entertainment Amanda Ridinger. You can now send people to the Conquer Entertainment site and they can get BV for their music purchases. Conquer Entertainment is so much more than music. Conquer is all about lifestyle marketing. Amanda introduced the new Lifestyle app, which is coming soon. The app will be easy to share on social media and it will make it incredibly easy for artists to participate in lifestyle marketing. You can link customers to your trend shops and the best part is you don’t have to be a Conquer artist. It’s for everyone.
Huge announcement: Conquer is going on a tour called “Its Lit Tour.” Fat Joe will headline the tour and Conquer artists will have a chance to open for Fat Joe. It will be a 20 date urban hip-hop tour in August and September 2018. The tour will also be a CAD boot camp, which is the perfect training for anyone looking to get into Conquer. “This tour will help us greatly support our artists. For all of the CADs looking to open for this tour, it can change your life. This will build so much momentum for your business.”
There will also be a Conquer Pop Up Tour. The tour will support the crowdfunding campaign for the It’s Lit Tour. These artists will come out and perform unpaid because they believe so much in the business and it will only help the upcoming Its Lit Tour and their business.
Power Profile – Pam Torgerson
Executive Supervising Coordinator Pam Torgerson came onto the stage and shared her journey about how her family has built her business in North Dakota. Pam discussed how Phil Guido came out to North Dakota to train her and for that, she is truly thankful. Pam took a leap of faith, bought 10 tickets, and has never looked back. “It’s about moving from person to person.”
Digital Aggregation and Right Way / Wrong Way – JR Ridinger and Kevin Buckman
Special Consultant Kevin Buckman, also known as “The Professor,” was on the stage next and mentioned Loren’s speech from earlier before about products on auction sites. “This war between Market America and third-party sites is over. We are just mopping it up. It’s over.” Our compliance policies have been in place for 26 years and they need to be stable and work the way that they are supposed to work.
Kevin broke down how these perpetrators sell our products on third-party or auction sites. He broke down the supply chains of these sites and explained that they don’t care about UFOs as long as they continue to sell products. By ordering these products for illegal sales, the buyers are creating illegitimate BV and IBV. It’s a fraudulent business plan.
Violations of these prohibited activities by UFOs or Teams have resulted in: frustrating and motivating UFOs across every line of sponsorship, the loss of customers, decrease in sponsoring and retailing, minimizing and tainting real success stories of those built in the right way.
Chairman and CEO JR Ridinger thanked Kevin for his presentation as he came onto the stage. JR’s idea today was “medical school” and UFOs are going to learn how to solve these gaming problems. “We will clean all of this up. I know we will.” Kevin talked about the wrong way to build the business and JR talked about the right way to build the business.
The business is built from the bottom up aka the right way to do it. The auction and the MPCP Scam is a Market America Cancer Cell. Fake people are getting paid and it’s not right. The right way to build is through result-producing activities, duplication, and the Shopping Annuity. The business is built vertically, not horizontally. “Get rid of all this bad stuff, come together, and we can do great things!”
There are blocks and things that stop the unauthorized sellers, auctions and MPCP manipulation and fraud. You can’t sustain it, it doesn’t work, and you won’t get residual income. If you do it, you have no company anymore. The back office should be used to build your business, not to be used as a burglary tool.
JR used the analogy of the boomerang to say describe how your business should go out and eventually come back to you. It shows that you all benefit and are on the same team. This was the perfect segway into digital aggregation and one-to-one marketing. “We are not being controlled anymore and we can create our own economy!”
JR explained how UFOs have power by showing the average salaries of UFOs and showed how digital aggregation works in each family. Dennis stressed to take the time to build your TLS business on social media. Do more than just post though. Engage, comment, and spark a conversation! When you are selling the TLS solution, ask them how do they see themselves? How do they want to end up? Based on that through the lifestyle, you can forward them how to make it happen. There are plenty of educational tools online that you can use to teach someone about the business such as the TLS 101 guides.

It was time to go all the way up with President of Urban and Latino Development Joseph “Fat Joe” Cartagena. Fat Joe questioned everyone’s imagination because we let negative people get in our way. We start to settle. “Let your darkest moments bring you the most clarity.” Fat Joe shared the story of how DJ Khaled rose from his darkest moment to become one of the most successful entertainers today.
Joe urged the crowd to take action. Market America gives you an even playing field. This is the only place where you can be your own boss and have your own business. You can take power back into your own hands. However, not everyone will be happy for you and they might doubt you the most. If you believe in yourself, you have nothing to worry about.
Trust the plan, dream big, and see it through. Joe said to figure out why you are doing this in order to motivate yourself. Fat Joe was very passionate about his campaign to aid Puerto Rican Hurricane relief and how one-to-one marketing helped fill up these planes with food and water. Joe discussed the invisible train to success. It’s risky, but it comes in everybody’s life and you must jump on it towards success.
