Before the session started, Executive Vice President Dennis Franks came on to the stage to share his UnFranchise story and urge the crowd to buy tickets to the 2019 World Conference.
The Conquer Movement – Amanda Ridinger and Jorgen Bailey
CEO of Conquer Entertainment Amanda Ridinger kicked off the afternoon session with a presentation on Conquer Entertainment. Amanda shared her a sad story about how her Instagram was hacked before World Conference. As a lifestyle marketer, Instagram is extremely important for Amanda because it provides a significant revenue stream. However, after dealing with adversity, Conquer is on the up and up with a strong new app and new corporate team.
Director of Conquer Entertainment Jorgen Bailey and two other members of the Conquer corporate team joined Amanda onstage to present the new technology on the new Conquer Lifestyle app. It combines the best features of lifestyle marketing and turns the best posts into marketing opportunities. The team introduced a new Conquer video to explain the logistics of the app. Jorgen asked the crowd to download the app and use the hashtag, #getconquer.
Motives – La La Anthony
Actress, Entrepreneur, and Best Selling Author La La Anthony arrived on the stage as one of the fan favorites of International Convention. La La went into what the meaning of success is and how UFOs can love themselves. La La said, “It’s so important to love yourself in a business. Let’s awaken our dreams and make them a reality.”
La La shared that the secret to getting ahead is to just get started. One of the biggest mistakes that an entrepreneur can do is to not ask for help. Why wouldn’t you ask others who have had success and have done it before? This is why we have these big events! Don’t look desperate and let your pride get in the way.
La La encouraged the crowd especially women to continue their entrepreneurship. The beauty industry is exploding and UFOs need to take advantage of this increase with Motives. La La ended her presentation by telling the crowd to look out for new products from Motives in the future.

Vice President of Business Integration Chris Peddycord started by discussing a day in the life of a UFO. Do you wish you had more time each day? Do you wish you had more money at the end of the day? The new homepage is coming to UnFranchise.com and will be available on every device you own in the near future. List widgets can be created to save time and money when ordering. Pretty soon, you will be able to order products off the homepage. Also on the website is the new UnFranchise Lifestyle page, where users can use the hashtags #mywhy and #shoppingannuity in their social media posts with the chance of being featured on this page. The better your posts, the better opportunity to be featured on this page. This can bring in more eyeballs and potential customers to your business!
The next enhancement to UF is a brand new interface. All of the pages are clean, simplified, and responsive on all devices. Director Steven Hu hit the stage to discuss his Market America story. Steven started out with many jobs such as a gardener and motel worker. After becoming an entrepreneur with a photoshop, Steven attended an International Convention and as he described it, he “saw the light.” Steven believes that the convention is the biggest leverage in the business. Steven ended the presentation by telling the crowd to purchase three tickets to MAWC2019!
