Can you believe next Tuesday marks the first day of autumn? We can’t either! We’re incredibly excited about the change in weather, upcoming holidays and, of course, delicious seasonal recipes. Fortunately, seasonal food isn’t limited to pumpkin pie and deep-fried turkey. Check out four fall-friendly TLS® Shake recipes below!

1)  Apple-Banana Cinnamon TLS Shake

  • 2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup skim milk
2) Spice Cake TLS Shake
  • 2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
