Q. Can I use a photo that is on Market America or any other corporate social media page?
A. ABSOLUTELY! We share images that our incredible creative departments created with you in mind. We want you to share these images Please remember not to alter the image and give proper credit when posting on social media.
Q. If I share a post from SHOP.COM or Motives (any corporate social page) that includes a link to SHOP.COM, will I lose that customer’s order?
A. If someone is registered to you as a PC (preferred customer) the link will automatically redirect them to your website, however, if you haven’t registered them as a PC they will be taken to the corporate account. We suggest that whenever you share a post from one of the corporate pages, always include your own messaging and link to your SHOP.COM portal or invite them to contact you to place their order.
Q. Why are none of our products FDA approved?
A. The FDA regulates dietary supplements, but does not give “approval.” Distributors and manufacturers of dietary supplement must ensure that the product is made safely, have truthful claims and advertising, and comply with other federal regulations. The FDA monitors compliance to these laws and inspects to confirm good manufacturing practices are in place.
