Unfortunately, skipping out on your first meal of the day can set you up for some fallbacks later on. Whether it be heading to the breakroom for sugary snacks, grabbing an extra-flavorful latte on your way to the office, or just making you feel sluggish and slow all morning, not priming your body for the day isn’t a great start!

Write It Out
After getting out of bed, how many of us immediately start scrolling through anxieties, things we forgot to do, and to-do list for the day? It’s overwhelming, and that stress is surely not the healthiest start! Rather than letting your mind run wild, try waking up a little earlier to do some sort of journaling or planning.
Break out a journal to get your to-do list out of your head and set your intentions and priorities for the day. Are you planning to call 10 people? Set up a TLS® Party? Meal prep for the week?
