SA Team: Where did you gain your belief from the UnFranchise business?
KB: From a presentation JR did for Dennis Franks’ organization in Cherry Hills, NJ, in 1992.
SA Team: How do you balance building your business (prospecting and recruiting) and shaping those that are your current partners into leaders so that they can duplicate?
KB: Keep to the basics. Ensure that your business stays on point and it will be duplicatable.
SA Team: What are some oppositions you encountered while building your UnFranchise business and how did you overcome them?
KB: People! Some people are just not willing to do what it takes, which shows those people will fail and the business.
SA Team: How do you inspire / educate your team to hit the Shopping Annuity Bonus Program? What are some tips?
KB: As a UFO, you must use all the products you sell and represent. If you believe in the products, it will show and help you to convince others to buy in to your business.
SA Team: How has building your UnFranchise evolved from how you began to build it almost 25 years ago?
KB: 25 years is a long time. You can’t even describe the difference between back then and today!
