It’s been such an exciting November with #28DAYSOFHEALTH in full swing. We’re officially on day 17 of this challenge and have been enjoying every day of it. From taking a deeper dive into Market America products for every health goal to learning from Dr. Deedra Mason each evening, we’re hoping you’re getting the most out of your #28DAYSOFHEALTH (and beyond).
That’s Not True Zoom Sessions
- Every Wednesday at 7pm EDT, Dr. Deedra Mason has been going LIVE on zoom with her series That’s Not True where she answers your questions, myths and misconceptions that you may have heard. The last two sessions have included special guests as well as audience members to answer their questions and have meaningful discussions live. These Zoom sessions have also been streaming LIVE on our @marketamericahealthyliving Facebook page to include more of our community.
Nightly Facebook LIVES
- We’ve also been so lucky to have Dr. Dee join us on @marketamericahealthyliving each evening in November at 7pm EDT to discuss a variety of exciting topics that you want to know about! From products she loves, to her own tips and tricks and even the importance of living a life by design, these nightly LIVES have been an invaluable part to #28DAYSOFHEALTH. These live videos will remain available to watch at anytime on the MA Healthy Living Facebook page.
- At the start of this challenge we announced three different health goal avenues for a starting point for our community: Beauty from the Inside, Out, Destress Your Life and Follow Your Gut. It’s been so exciting to see you all take this challenge head on and start one new product from these health goals but also determining your own, meaningful-to-you health goals. From drinking more water, to moving more and being consistent with your daily wellness routine, we’re so inspired by the additional steps taken to achieve a better you in 28 days…and beyond.
Beyond 28 Days
- Once we wrap up #28DAYSOFHEALTH at this end of this month, we challenge you to keep your new or enhanced routine and lifestyle going strong. 28-days is an incredible commitment to YOU but we encourage you to keep it going. Keep sharing your routines, your lifestyles and the products you love with us on social media. Be sure that you’re sharing your photos and videos on our new MA Healthy Living accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
