Black Bean and Corn Salad

1/3 cup fresh lime juice

1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Juice limes, and add lime juice to medium bowl. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper. With a fork mix until ingredients are well mixed.
In your serving bowl, add the beans, corn kernels, diced avocado, chopped bell pepper, chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro. Add in lime dressing, by pouring it over the salad. Stir till salad is mixed, and serve.
