Can you believe it’s Day 4? Time flies when you’re having fun with the UnFranchise Community! This was such an amazing International Convention thanks to the overwhelming support from UnFranchise Owners in attendance!
Vice President Andrew Weissman came out to the stage one final time to urge the crowd to vote for the new Shopping Annuity razors as well as to buy tickets to the 2019 World Conference.
GMTSS – Jim Winkler
Vice President of Sales Jim Winkler started the morning off with a presentation about the Global Meeting, Training, and Seminar System (GMTSS). “We run a system where we can learn from other people. We are better as a whole than we are as individuals.” Jim stressed that the team is working on building up areas around the globe to strengthen the GMTSS. Some of the benefits of the GMTSS are building your business in other areas, allowing new clients to learn about the plan, leverages time, and helping to manage your operation through cross-pollination and teamwork.
Recognition is one of the most important strengths of the GMTSS. The more times you learn about the business, the more comfortable you will feel. The GMTSS is the most powerful business building tool in Market America. The components of the GMTSS are one-on-ones and two-on-ones, HBPs, UBPs, local seminars, district seminars, regional conventions, World Conference, and International Convention. “You need to get your three tickets to World Conference. We bought them. Now, it’s time to move them.”
Jim ended his presentation by discussing how to expand the GMTSS into remote areas. This is the key to building. You can’t be a leader if you’re not part of the system.
TLS – Dennis Franks and Sue Pasqual
Executive Vice President Dennis Franks injected the crowd with excitement as he danced his way onto the stage. Dennis wanted UFOs to take home these three things when they go home: courage, discipline, and execution. The four components of the TLS are comprehensive & customizable, the market, the MPCP, and YOU! TLS is red hot thanks to a 2018 estimated sales of more than $40,00,000, which translates to more than 60,000,000 BV!
Field Development and Sales of TLS Sue Pasqual joined Dennis onstage and asked the crowd to stand up and move because that’s what TLS is all about, staying active and staying healthy. Sue invited a team from Toronto, Canada to join her onstage to do a quick exercise demo and encouraged the crowd to jump around. Team members shared how they wanted to bring the TLS culture and energy to Toronto. The TLS 12-week program is best for long term results, re-orders, business partner acquisition, and a lifestyle program.
One of the first new products that Sue shared was the flex program. The flex program can be followed in conjunction with any other TLS program except Detox or 21-Day challenge. For those who can stay on track and be able to incorporate 1-2 food that are not consistent with their normal meals. This plan is totally optional.
Dennis welcome Trim Cafe to the family! The main ingredient, Welltrim iG, can help you lose weight. One man lost 91 pounds over 8 and a half months thanks to the help of Trim Tea. It is encouraged to take either Trim Tea or Trim Cafe daily and you can alternate between the two. Both products curb your appetites, supports metabolic balance & wellness, and includes thermogenic agents. To help support your meal plan, use bistroMD. This company makes pre-made meals that you can order at your own leisure. There are over 130 TLS approved meals.
IBV, BV, Cashback, Placement – JR Ridinger
Founder, Chairman, and CEO JR Ridinger came to the stage to teach the crowd about the MPCP. “This is Market America University and this is the classroom.” JR said that there is a method to the madness if you follow the system. Market America is the most incredible rockets in the world for residual income. It’s like nothing the world has ever seen.
JR teased that he will conduct three future MeetON sessions that will involve breaking down the business and in particular, the MPCP. JR state that the number one commandment of Market America is that “no one can expense or gain at the loss of another.” In other words, it has to be a win for the UFO.
The next principle that drives the company is revolves around residual income. If you put time in once, it can pay you for the rest of your life. Residual income equals profitability plus stability to ensure longevity. When one of you gets paid, every member of your team gets paid. JR based the MPCP on 50 years of statistics and created two legs of the business because that’s how the math works.
“The plan’s reconciliation relies on new volume. In order to get into the plan, you need new volume.” There is a reason why the MPCP makes you sell a certain amount of products and has specific requirements for hitting volume levels. It makes the plan work. The plan is solid from the bottom up and relies on building end results. You need to sponsor two UFOs to see results. Everyone needs to carry their own weight.
Moving volume all over does not work. You can’t move it where others built it. Build your volume where it was supposed to be built. JR started to discuss about the SABP and how it began to decline. Users were only fixated on getting paid instead of focusing on building their business and teams. JR reiterated once again that his future MeetON seminars will further explain the MPCP.
Why would you place volume that your selling under people who won’t be able to sell it? How does that help you build your business from the bottom up? The answer is it does not work. People are qualifying to get a check who have not done anything in the business. It weakens the concept of the MPCP. You have to sell your volume in order for your team to grow and get paid via residual income.
JR explained the basis of BV and IBV and how UFOs were moving BV to IBV. It was not smart and undermines the system. However, this is starting to get fixed. Now, everyone can move these 10/20/30 IBV packages to help meet requirements.
nutraMetrix – Brandi Murphy and Sarah Tugender
Director of nutraMetrix®Brandi Murphy and Director of nutraMetrix Sales Sarah Tugender came onstage to explain building your business with nutraMetrix. The duo invited out Val Meyers and Renee Carlson to the stage to discuss how they grew their business with health practitioners. Both women had health problems and began to turn to nutraMetrix products to deal with their deficiencies. After the products started to work, they opened up their own practices with Market America products.
There are different ways to bring health professionals into your business. A lot of it starts with conversations between UnFranchise Owners and health professionals. Sarah invited Tina Rose onstage to discuss how she first turned down the business in the beginning. However, after her husband was diagnosed with cancer, he used nutraMetrix products to help fight it and now, he’s cancer free. Tina credits social media as the main reason why her business began to grow. “Teamwork truly does make the dream work.”
Dr. Flores & Dr. Zora discussed how Market America is all about paying it forward. Dr. Flores realized that the MA products were superior and catered to patients, not the distributor. Dr. Flores now knows how to leverage now and wants to help. Dr. Zora said that he is now living the American dream.
Brandi and Sarah explained the importance of nutraMetrix 101 and 201 classed. Dr. Nancy Miller-Ihli also reiterated the fact that education was important and how attending trainings helped build her team.
Motives – Lisa Martin and Leigh Raeder
Director of Field Development for Motives Lisa Martin and Motives field Consultant Leigh Raeder explained how to expand your sales team. The apprentice program targets individuals from the ages of 13-18 who want to earn additional income using / sharing / selling products on the Motives site. This can also lead to networking between the adults. The pro-artist program targets industry professionals who prefer to work in front of and behind the makeup chair. “Motives should be for everybody. You don’t even have to apply makeup to sell makeup.”
The beauty advisor / UFO partnership goes hand in hand. Starting someone off with the Beauty Advisor starter kit its like a Motives Business Application, updated to include all product and marketing materials needed to host a Beauty Basics retail event. Speaking of events, there are duplicatable retail events that can be used to expand your clientele. Events include Beauty Basics, It’s Your Time to Shine, All About Skin, Blend Your Beauty, and more.
Lisa and Leigh pushed the significance of the Motives Overview. They are held by passionate Beauty Advisors who want to take the next step with customers or prospects by providing a hands on product tutorial. It’s a networking event. It’s a way for the whole area to bring potential clients who are interested in makeup. Train through Motives events like the MBBA to grow as a beauty advisor.
SHOP Financial – Charles Baer
Executive Sales Consultant Charles Baer described SHOP Financial and how UFOs are trying to fight debt each and every day. More people end up owing more money than their income. Most people fail to reach the goal of financial freedom because of debt. It can spiral out of control. This is where Debt Shredder comes in.
Debt Shredder is the smart way to save money, reduce spending, and employ money management strategies to fight debt. It is the go-to debt saving program for UFOs. Charlie invited his friend Elliot onstage, who is in the real estate business. Elliot uses Debt Shredder to help him purchase more and invest in more real estate. You can own more homes because of the Debt Shredder. There is a special going on that will save you money on the program.
Managing debt is just the beginning for SHOP Financial!
WebCenters – Sarah Rose Stack and Jason Pelland
Director Business Integration Sarah Rose Stack and Director of maWebcenters Jason Pelland closed the show with a presentation on maWebCenters. Sarah said the WebCenters division “spoke to her” and lead her to major in that division. WebCenters is a proven, duplicatable system to provide small business owners an effective internet presence. It helps to increase revenue, expenses, customer satisfaction, engagement, and more with businesses and organizations. This is a proven system for success!
Jason talked about how WebCenters is more than just a website. It’s digital marketing for products and services that can lead to retail profit for both the UFO and business owner. Each website sold generates 230 BV and from there, each active client generates 5, 30 or 35 BV.
Sarah introduced a new product called Morse Connect. This is a text promoting service that can help business streamline and promote to the masses. It also can help to engage with users one-on-one. The setup fee is $49 / 25 BV and the service plan is $19.99 – $275 / 5 – 90 BV per month.
www.mawc411.com is the place to go to learn about WebCenters. On the first Tuesday of each month, there is a WebCenter Pro Overview and on the second Tuesday of each month, there is a WebCenter Program Overview Webinar. Jason promoted the 2018 Final Sprint Contest from August 27th – October 26th, where the most website sales will earn someone $1,000.
Sarah ended the presentation by wrapping up the entire International Convention. “The key is to go home and figure out how it fits into three things that we do. We use and sell the products, we sell the business, and we promote education.”
