If you place an order on UnFranchise.com (US/CAN UFOs) or SHOP.COM Global (all UFOs) with USA products in your cart, you will have the option to pick up your order, when ready, at Market America headquarters*. (You must select USA as your shopping/ship to country.) The Greensboro pickup point is located in the back of the Market America HQ building at 1302 Pleasant Ridge Road.

When picking up an order, you will be required to provide the order number and a valid ID matching the name on the order. Orders can be picked up the day after they are placed.

Greensboro pickup hours during MAIC2019:

Monday, August 5 – Friday, August 9: 8:45am – 4:45pm
Saturday, August 10: Closed
Sunday, August 11: 12pm – 4pm

*Please do not ship your packages to your hotel in Greensboro as there is no guarantee the hotel will accept them on your behalf. Please also remember Market America will not be responsible for orders shipped to hotels, or any missing product for orders delivered to hotels.
