We just had another powerful weekend celebrating, networking, and building our business with UnFranchise Owners at the Mideast Regional Convention. 3,000 UnFranchise Owners joined us in Ocean City, Maryland to hear from incredible speakers, including JR and Loren Ridinger. An incredible sight to see at Mideast were the many vision boards that lined the walls as people shared their dreams and their goals for the future. Big things are happening in the Mideast region! Don Martin kicked it off and up a notch for the first segment – a journey from the past, being present, and forging ahead into the future – taking time to clearly define what makes our business so uniquely powerful. 💥
Penny Lafferty offered a heartfelt testimony on herlife-changing journey with Market America, as a Director and Million-Dollarearner. Her passion for the business and sincere heart spoke to everyone.
Phil Guido offered solid tips for building a names list, proper prospecting and taking qualified individuals through an evaluation process through the referral approach. He encouraged attendees to master the art of building relationships and effective listening strategies to both relate to others and offer solutions.
Arlene Lowey took an interactive approach to her presentation as she role played with Kathy Brophy. Kathy took on the role of a prospect and put into action some of the main talking points that were shared during the morning session. It was a perfect opportunity to learn the art of conversation and how to generate interest with new people as a start to the evaluation plan.
Nancy Miller-Ihli shared her knowledge and passion forembracing a healthy lifestyle to live our best life, while also fueling ourbusiness setting us up for success to coach and mentor others along the way.Health is wealth in more ways than one!
Sharon Lawrence was on point taking about our ability tobe a Wellness Warrior with the ability to help change lives one patient and onepractitioner at a time. With $ 2.9Trillion spent annually on healthcare (and the majority of that on chronicillness) its obvious the current healthcare system is broken and we can make adifference offering a path to a healthier life to so many individuals bypartnering with Health Professionals.
Rounding out the morning, Don Martin explained how we canwork together to create our own economy by leveraging our collective buyingpower. Lisa Martin talked all things beauty, showcased newproduct launches with our cosmetic and skincare divisions, and encouragedeveryone to leverage the excitement behind the brand by reaching out one to oneto customers to help them look and feel beautiful. Rosann Conway, a TLS coachand Beauty Advisor, joined her on stage to share her success with the MotivesApprentice program – which has led her to a natural progression of the ABCpattern through the Hostess Incentive program.
Olivia Li is a powerhouse business woman who was able toleave her high profile banking career at the age of 23 as a result of buildingher unFranchise business. Her posture and confidence in the plan and thisbusiness offers so much credibility and encouragement to our youngentrepreneurs – who are the future of our company.
Phil Guido taught attendees how to be immediately profitable with their business through trial sized marketing. Our products are the best of the best and sell themselves, so the key is getting people to try them. Following this effective way of product marketing and closing the sale is the best way to duplicate. Establishing a base of 10 customers.
Steve Harris kicked off Day 2 stressing the importance ofthe ‘L Factor’ – Leverage! People are the power in our business and byconsistently sponsoring new partners and plugging them into the system, theyall learned together and hit levels of massive success. With many six-figureearners in his organization, he not only had true ongoing income but a solidorganization who all duplicate the L-Factor.
Andy Webb stripped it down to the basics with a segmentfocused on 4 fundamental concepts of building a successful business, as helearned directly from JR in his first years of partnering with the company.Keep the main thing the main thing! Connecting people and building incombinations, cross pollinating and mastering the ABC pattern – success isinevitable
Brett Portelli was incredible teaching on the fact thatpeople buy YOU, first and foremost. By paying attention to your body languageand energy as well as leveraging 3rd party introductions and team work, that’swhen the magic happens.
Dirtan Hodo was absolute fire on stage. His gratitude andpassion for this business is a totalinspiration. His dedication and commitment to a standard of excellence and histeam allowed him to retire his parents from their jobs when he was only 25. Byage 26 he was able to ‘retire’ himself. He also introduced a business partner,Richard Duong, who shared his journey. His story was honest and open and gaveso many something to relate to and the hope to keep moving forward becausesuccess is inevitable when you stay focused and consistent and true to yourmission.
Caitlin Gormley & Kevin Duong tag teamed on some amazing leadership principals. Self-development is essential to evolve into a better person and professional – and in our business it’s more efficient and effective to do it together as a team. Loyalty is everything and it was incredible to watch this duo tandem this segment.
Senior Executive Vice President, Loren Ridinger, empowered attendees to take control- of their lives, their situation, their dreams, and their future! Loren stressed the importance of understanding that it’s later than you think in life and you need to make your time count.
JR Ridinger took the stage to explain the imprinting within nature and using the technique within your UnFranchise business with new team members.
