Master Business Building Workshop (MBBW) – Dennis Franks and Kevin Buckman
Executive Vice President Dennis Franks and Senior Consultant Kevin Buckman danced their way onto the stage to discuss the Master Business Building Workshop (MBBW). This is a life-changing step for taking action for your success. Kevin Buckman said, “We need more success stories. We need more people earning solid 6-figure incomes. We need to get those pumps primed.”
The key question the executive sales team needs to solve is the “how.” The solution to the how is the MBBW. The MBBA was created to implement and execute the “how.” These sessions identify the 20% of the activities that generate 8-% of the BV. It will establish a 90-180 day sprint to duplicate. The end result is discipline and entrepreneurship. You should build two or more organizations generating 5000 BV per week.
The MBBA starts out with defining your “why” by listing goals, both intermediate and long-term. From there, you will create a goals and action plan to help achieve your 90 day goal. This sets the foundation for a success story. The foundation includes becoming a product of the product, product of the program, leveraging the GMTSS, developing tiers of leadership, and building event to event. One way to build on your foundation and the Base Ten is through trial size marketing, where people will be more likely to buy the products when they’ve tried them out.
After acquiring customers, it’s time to build a portfolio of your best customers. UFOs can create leverage with the “7” Strong. This is where wealth begins. The 7 Strong includes call workshops, mastering your approach, qualifying to recruiting, following up, and the ABC Pattern of Building Depth. Both Kevin and Dennis said that this is “where the money is at.” The duo closed by saying to look out for the upcoming MBBW schedule and to attend an event in your area!
Business Building, Part 2 – JR Ridinger
After a rewarding morning session, the Founder, Chairman and CEO JR Ridinger was back for Business Building, Part 2. JR briefly recapped the chicken, duck, and goose speech from the morning. When UFOs leave World Conference, it’s important to take what you learn and apply it to your daily routine. This is how you can see growth as an entrepreneur. It’s important to find someone on your up-line to seek guidance from and to learn principles from them. This is also called the evaluation approach.
The evaluation approach is the opposite of recruiting and trying to get people in. It provides a reason you want them to evaluate it – that makes sense to them. Simply ask them to look at this new technology or new concept using the internet marketing to track what people buy and convert spending into earning. It could mean some money to you! The evaluation approach involves: rehearse, practice, have fun, do it together, and tag tag team if necessary. Have fun!
To start business building, use a trial run approach. See if your person can be qualified or not. If they don’t qualify, that’s ok. You did not have to waste your time with them, stay friends, and move on. Often, they become a customer instead, which is fine. The key is to move from person to person, giving each of them the opportunity to evaluate to see if they know the right people or have an interest themselves. If they choose the 2 to 3 year plan over the 45 year plan and know some people who would be good at it or that might know the right people, they qualify!
Here are the keys for a trial run: it works best in small teams doing it together, 1 on 1s or 2 on 2s are a great way to do it, it’s easier to go see people or have them do it in their location / home, must see it 3 times, bring them to a UBP or local seminar to meet other UFOs. The trial run will determine if they are right for the business, if the business will work for them, and to see if the Shopping Annuity approach registers in their brain. JR said, “If a person turns this down, then it ain’t going to work.”
From there, JR continued the trial marketing presentation by discussing the no decision close. To access the no decision close, click here: http://unf.to/jrclose. This document is like having JR in your ear at all times especially when you have to decide if someone qualifies or not. If your prospect choose the 2 to 3 year plan at the beginning, they qualify to see it two more times and to do a trial run. The follow up is adjusted to their level or interest or readiness. Do NOT allow your prospect to sign up if they have not seen the plan at least 3 times.
The fundamentals of recruiting are the advanced methods. JR said to get your prospects or new UFOs to lead you to their best people they are really YOUR people. It is the same as sponsoring them. Explain to them the themes of Market America: Shopping Annuity, online shopping, social shopping, the economy, product brokerage, internet marketing & E-Commerce, baby boomers, 2-3 year plan vs. 45 year plan, and residual income. JR said, “People don’t love to be sold, but they love to buy.”
JR recommended to conduct a coring with your senior partners in order to learn more about the business. Then, JR continued to explain how UFOs need to be like geese and fly in a V-formation. It increase visibility so each goose can see what’s in front of them. The same principles apply to an UnFranchise Business. Flying like geese will make your organization more visible and it will allow it to stay connected. Your followers will see the bigger picture and it will engage them to grow in the UnFranchise.
The UnFranchise Business and 2 to 3 year plan is on a stop watch and not a time clock. JR urged the crowd to turn back the clock and reset your business.
