Day 1 Morning Session Of MAWC2021: Marc Ashley, Lumiere de Vie, And Motives With Maria Checa

Vice President Andrew Weissman and Vie President of Sales Jim Winkler hit the stage for the preshow address. Andrew and Jim shared tips, strategies, and suggestions on how to maximize World Conference.

In a prerecorded segment, Genavieve Linkowski sang a spectacular version of the National Anthem.

Welcome to the 2021 Market America | SHOP.COM World Conference – Loren Ridinger

As is tradition, Senior Executive Vice President of Market America Worldwide | SHOP.COM Loren Ridinger kicked off the event with her welcome address. Loren thanked the virtual spectators for their dedication and commitment this past year. Thanks to Swapcard, Loren said, “This is the most interactive event we’ve ever had.”

On behalf of the company, Loren welcomed the attendees to MAWC2021. Loren discussed how this virtual conference is a chance to take your life back. Market America is not bound for geographical barriers. By leveraging digital resources and online tools, Market America provides entrepreneurs with a chance to succeed.

Loren hopes MAWC2021 is the most transformative and inspiring event for UnFranchise Owners. Loren said, “2020 gave us more challenges, more change, and more uncertainty than ever before. 2021 gives us the chance to rise above. It doesn’t matter when you get into Market America. It matters when Market America gets into you.”

Tribute To Howard Spector

Loren stayed onstage to gave a passionate tribute to Howard Spector, who recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. Howard was the heartbeat behind our events. We will miss him dearly.

Marc Ashley

President & COO of Market America Worldwide Marc Ashley teased how he’s beyond excited and ready to deliver new information and products at MAWC2021. According to Marc, Market America is experiencing revolutionary breakthroughs to the highest levels.

Marc said, “The mission was never to make money. The mission was to help people. By helping people, it will organically help make you successful.” 2020 was an eye-opening year for everyone. Marc thought that 2020 would be the year we got everything we wanted. However, now he knows 2020 was the year we appreciate everything we have.

On the flip side, 2020 also exposed our bad habits. Many people in the world like Marc were burning “both ends of the candle to be more productive.” But at what cost? Many sacrificed eating habits, exercise, and sleep. Marc mentioned that if we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t take care of anyone else. The corporate team recognized these bad habits and immediately responded by looking at these 4 major areas for products: Immune health, weight, mental health, and appearance.

The immune system is the backbone and defense system of the body. Immune health became such an important priority for many in 2020. Marc shared that Market America had products for 20+ years that revolved around immune health. Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and multi-vitamin were extremely popular supplements last year. Market America provides products for all of those facets: Isotonix Vitamin D with K2, Isotonix Vitamin C, and Isotonix Multivitamin.

Marc said, “We have delivered an incredible experiences that makes it easier that ever to learn, grow, network, and build.” Marc then teased International Convention in August and the importance of purchasing at least three tickets to the event.

Lumiere de Vie

Kim Ashley, the Director of Motives Cosmetics, Skincare & Layered, and Amber Ridinger-McLaughlin, the creator of Lumière de Vie® & DNA Miracles, discussed Lumiere de Vie via a livestream. Amber and Kim shared their excitement for LDV’s newest products that will help and enhance the skin. As Amber said, “I’m all about skin that looks like skin.”

Maria Checa, the Creative Consultant for Motives, started her presentation off by asking a question. Maria asked, “Do you believe in superpowers?” Maria believes that the one of the most important super powers is the ability to believe in oneself. Maria shared that you become unstoppable when you “believe in yourself.”

Sticking with this theme, Maria announced the newest product, Motives® Super Power Mattes Eye Shadow Palette. Coming soon will be the Blending Sponge and Arch Definer, which should arrive later this year.

What if you could try on your makeup without putting it on? Now you can with the Virtual Try Me feature. Upload an image of yourself and try on shades instantly with just a click. The same feature is coming for more products as well. You can use “Try Me” with or without makeup on. This tool will be available on and in every country.

Power Profile – Elizabeth Weber-Walliser^

International Field Chairman Elizabeth Weber-Walliser came to the stage to discuss her entrepreneurial journey. Elizabeth shared how she joined nine marketing companies in 11 years. However, when she looked at Market America, it changed her life.

Elizabeth had an intuition about Market America. In regards to the business plan, Elizabeth said, “Just by helping other people succeed, I would succeed.” Elizabeth believed in visualization, that she could become a top distributor in the company.

Elizabeth reiterated the importance of events like MAWC2021. She said, “If I hadn’t gone to that first event, I wouldn’t be here. That first event changed my life.”
