How long have you been a WebCenter Owner? Since 2005, 14 years
How long have you been a WebCenter Trainer? Since 2007, 12 years
What was it that initially excited you about the WebCenter Division?
The turn-key solution was easy to understand and duplicate. The support was very professional. And the works are good!
(*Being a self-employed designer, I have always been challenged if I have developed a “system’ to run my business. Michael Gerber’s questions were my pain buttons. No system= no time freedom = no financial stability = no energy.
Building website can take a long time, maintaining it can be a daunting task, if your clients are not paying you regularly, and expect you to get it done as soon as possible- means you have to work real time to get info live anytime, anywhere. As a result, I found that I have terrible allergies due to immune system issues. I was on shots at a hospital for 6 years from 4 shots a week to 2 shots a month.
I was desperately looking for some support. My sons were young and I wanted to spend more time with them. One day, my client told me that she has decided to give our “web design” to marketamerica.com (MA) and they have tech support that will teach her staff how to edit their website. I was shocked as I thought MA only sell supplements, I didn’t know that MA has a very professional web division. I saw the power of technology, it can replace my skills any time, it runs so fast that I can hardly keep up with it. Thus, I invited my programmer to evaluate the Webcenter Program and it was too good a system not to do it.)
What excites you today about the WebCenter Division?
I have witnessed the amazing evolution of the technology and support provided by Webcenter Division. Feel secure that they are always on the cutting edge of bringing us the best technology and support we need, in order for us to serve the market needs professionally.
Love to learn continuously and growing with them. We have the best support online and off line.
Why did you decide to become a WebCenter Trainer?
I like the Webcenter Program very much; I wanted the division to thrive! I also wanted more UFOs to understand the system, and not to complicate the process. I think if I can teach what I know whole heartedly through GMTSS, other trainers will also teach my teammates whole heartedly of what they knew, its win-win deals. Then all the other UFOs can benefit from the GMTSS. (General meeting training seminar system)no matter where they are globally.
Why do you feel someone should own a WebCenter?
Webcenter provides an all-inclusive turn-key solution and 24/7 support to help the small business owners and ourselves as Marketing Consultant. It’s a win-win situation where client doesn’t need to reply on our time to edit their websites. They can have full control of their web presence.
Webcenter program provides great immediate cash flow, there is no limit of the number of websites we can set up for clients, and there is no fee when we set up web demo for clients. The monthly fee is really affordable too but the retail profit is 1000%. That’s too good not to have one.
What would you recommend as a first step for someone considering owning a WebCenter?
Know your why of choosing Webcenter, evaluate the program, understand your role and show your commitment to be a customer manager/marketing consultant by learning as much as your can.
What would you encourage a new WebCenter Owner to do as soon as they start?
Attend trainings (online or in person)as soon as possible, have a good attitude and acquire the appropriate knowledge, set goals, and put it to work in the field.
Don’t wait… many UFOs like the profitability, the idea of having great support by Webcenter division, but were afraid to get started. Once the first appointment is set and the web walk through starts to kick in, the new Webcenter owner will be very excited. I have witnessed these expressions on new Webcenter Owner all the time.
What is your favorite thing to train on?
The “system”, once they understand the flow, everything will be in place.
System = save yourself time, energy & money
What tip would you suggest for someone just getting started?
Know the basic, attend Webcenter Certification Training 101/ 201, learn from the trainers, listen to webinar recording, watch videos from youtube, build posture.
Be sensitive to anything related to “Webcenter”, follow the news, be a good fan.
Go out and make friends, establish name list, and let people around you know that you are learning / equipping yourself to provide web services.
How do you bring up or start a conversation with a potential candidate or a business owner that you know?
First, put on “friend mode” – Be yourself, be genuine, be friend with them. Establish a good impression & rapport with them, know the nature of their business, acquire more information on the kind of clients they would like to have.
Then, transform to “ business mode”, ask them how you can help to refer people to them ( Concept of “Giver gains”- the more you help others, other will help you ), ask them “ Do you have a website?”; “ how is your website working for you?”, “do you leverage any social media marketing/ google ads ? facebook ads, etc?”
What is your favorite resource to use and why?
Visual aids: B2 B catalogue, 15 mins consultant sheets, flyers.
make me look professional and able to ask for the right questions
Support: I love to set up web demo. The specialists are so well trained. Not forgetting the Design center and Tech Support, they are my heroes! They help eased many of my stresses and inquries. Our main objective is to help our client’s launch their website.
Power point: As a trainer, the power point curriculum have been prepared and training are standardize, except the experiences of the trainer.
How has the WebCenter program impacted your UnFranchise Business?
Webcenter program provides great immediate cash flow which helps to fund our business expenses; I was able to attend conventions at different places;
I can share the program to my peer or industry cohort without fearing that they will become my competitors.
When our clients remain active in the system, we receive monthly recurring BV to share within our organization. Great synergy and team working spirt. We can do ABC pattern and we support each other to help our clients. We can grow as a team in our unfanchsie business.
What is your next step or goal with your UnFranchise Business and/or WebCenter?
I am looking to recruit more UFO or Webcenter Pro prospects and help my teammates achieve their goals. I am also planning for a move on the pin level, just so that others will not think that Webcenter owner cannot jump pin level. We have recurring BV to secure our business, we have excellent support from Webcenter, we should be able to build a wealth system via Unfranchsie business system.
Do you have any upcoming trainings you’d like to promote?
On Oct 26, 2019, Stephen Tang and I will co-teach Internet sales & marketing classes and Webcenter certification training 101 in Mountainview, California
