Last month we held our second “Instagram Your Shake” giveaway via the TLS® Weight Loss Instagram account and received over 30 impressive entries from our enthusiastic followers! We had a difficult time selecting winners from the variety of delicious, nutritious submissions, but four entries were ultimately chosen due to the creativity of the recipe. Check out our top picks for all-new Shake recipes below!
Step One: Pour one scoopful of TLS Weight Loss Solution Nutrition Shake in Chocolate Flavor into the blender
Step Two: Pour 4 fl. oz. of skim or unsweetened almond milk
Step Three: Pour in one entire greek yogurt serving in a cherry flavor.
Step Four: Drop pieces four pieces of cantaloupe into the blender.
