The next few months are crucial, what you do (or don’t do) matters tremendously when it comes to the growth of your business and being recognized onstage for hitting new UnFranchise Levels. Set Goals: Do you know what your short term and long term goals are? You should re-evaluate your goals often to help you stay on track. If you haven’t thought about your goals, start by determining your short term (6 months-a year) and long term (1-5 year) goals. Where do you see yourself in the next 6 months? JR Ridinger suggests creating a dream board to help you visualize your goals. Once you have defined your goals, your next step is to devise an effective plan to accomplish them. It needs to be a step-by-step action plan to get you there. Your goals will seem less daunting or off-putting if you concentrate on the more accessible and smaller steps you have to take. Once you have a step-by-step action plan in place, it’s time to get to work!
Attend EVERYTHING: Okay, everything may be a bit of an exaggeration but seriously, success breeds success! There is a lot to be said for surrounding yourself with people who are in a similar mindset. From GMTSS meetings to Moving Up Seminars and everything in between, attend as many meetings as possible to stay up to date on key information as well as to help you stay accountable. Host Weekly Team Summits: To continue the momentum, it’s crucial to stay up to date on major announcements and also make sure everyone on your team stays present, active and accountable. Hosting weekly team meetings/summits will not only help keep your team accountable, but it will also help you to keep yourself on track! Get together weekly or bi-weekly with a planned agenda and purpose. As a team, you can review material from UnFranchise Training, listen to audios, take the Shopping Annuity assessment, have call workshops, and more! Get creative and create a supportive environment for your team to flourish!
