Can you believe that the 2014 Market America International Convention is less than 6 weeks away? If you plan on attending the 2014 MAIC Gala, take note: the online reservation system for the International Convention Gala will become active on Tuesday, July 1 at 10:00 a.m. EST! Anyone holding a $265.00 International Convention ticket will be able to reserve his or her seat through their UnFranchise® Business Account once this happens.
The following is a list of important reminders for reserving your seats for the Gala Event.
- A $265.00 International Convention ticket is required to attend the Gala.
- You must have valid ticket numbers and pass codes for each seat you plan to reserve.
- Ticket numbers are the series of numbers located on the front of your ticket at the bottom left-hand and right-hand corners of your ticket.
- Pass codes are the series of numbers located on the back of your ticket.
- Be sure to have all your registration information, including the names of each attendee for whom you are reserving a seat, ticket numbers and pass codes.
- Make sure that the people for whom you are reserving a seat have agreed to the seating assignment and that you inform them of their table number when you complete the reservation.
- Formal attire is required.
- Even though you have already made your reservation online, you must check in at the Gala registration table, Wednesday through Friday, Aug. 6–8 to confirm your seating assignment and pick up your admission ticket to the Gala. Gala registration tables will be located at the following locations:
- Wednesday, Aug. 6 – Sheraton (Guilford Ballroom)
- Thursday, Aug. 7 and Friday, Aug. 8 – Greensboro Coliseum (on the bridge located in the main entrance)
