SHOP LIVE is one of the greatest technological advancements in Market America’s history. With a personalized shopping channel, UnFranchise Owners can market and retail products during a fun and interactive experience.
One of the best tools within SHOP LIVE is the reports. The SHOP LIVE report is a great way to follow up with not only prospects and customers who joined the event, but with team members to see if there’s any way to help with their attendees who joined.
After your SHOP LIVE event, there are reports where users can view specific data about the attendees and products in the broadcast. To access these reports, go to the dashboard section in UnFranchise Marketing Desktop or in the feed of the UnFranchise Marketing App. Click on the latest event in the app to see the report.
Once you click on the report, you’ll be able to view all of the people who attended the report. Information such as the names of those who joined, who referred them, and how many items were clicked (interactions) during the event. Each report can be filtered by clicks, watched, referred, and first name A-Z.
This is where determining who to follow up with becomes easier. Using the picture below, let’s say I want to follow up with Nathan because his teammates, Ben and Sarah, both joined. I can reach out to Nathan and offer to hop on a call with Ben and Sarah to discuss products or questions they might have from my broadcast.
You can follow up with your attendees right through the app. Let’s say I want to follow up with my contact, Melissa. I can click her name and it will have a button that says “follow up,” which you can click to complete this process. The report will also show the specific products that Melissa clicked on. The app does all the work for you.
If you switch to the interactions tab, you can see which products got the most attention during the broadcast. This will help you tailor future presentations moving forward.
If you don’t have the time to follow up immediately after the event, you can always swipe right on the event to set a reminder to come back to it in the future. The alert will now be under the “reminders tab.”
