Stay Connected With Newsletters

Email marketing is a form of direct marketing that uses electronic mail as a means of communicating messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. That being said, I’m going to share with you some of my best practices that I use as soon as someone requests or wants more information about our products or services.

The stats don’t lie:
• Almost a third of consumers prefer to receive communication from brands via email.
• 66 percent of consumers have made a purchase online as a result of an email marketing message.
• 138 percent more is spent by consumers who receive email offers than those who don’t.

You will learn how to put the power of automation to work for your business using the tools that the company provided saving you time while delivering a personalized and enhanced customer experience. You will learn how I use newsletters to send out to my prospects and customers by using the information available to all of us.

• Learn about newsletters
• Newsletters boost sales
• They create trust with your clients
• Showcase your expertise
• Increase traffic to your website or blog

Follow up is the key to any business. We will discuss the importance of using emails as a follow up, how to create the perfect email, where to find our email templates and the benefit of using email newsletters to take your business to the next level.

This month I am actually celebrating my 20th YEAR as an Internet marketer. I guess you can say it all started when my father had a vision of coming to the United States back in April of 1970. As a tailor, he started working at Castro Convertibles and then moved into the restaurant business in 1985. That started my restaurant business journey and I had been doing it for over 30 years.

In 1996 Michele and I opened up our first restaurant “Antonio’s Italian Bistro”. It was in the basement in 1997 where I stumbled across what used to be called the “World Wide Web” better known today as the Internet. It started as a hobby when I built my first website for our restaurant so our customers would have a way to look at our daily and weekly specials. We started requesting fax numbers and email information from our customers and a lot of time the response was “what is an email?” Who knew that would be the start on my Internet marketing business. It continued to grew to be a successful and profitable business and way of life.

This month I am actually celebrating my 20th YEAR as an Internet marketer. I guess you can say it all started when my father had a vision of coming to the United States back in April of 1970. As a tailor, he started working at Castro Convertibles and then moved into the restaurant business in 1985. That started my restaurant business journey and I have been doing it for over 30 years.

When I started on the Internet there was no how to books, no videos, and no webinars on how to build an Internet business. There was no YouTube and Google was just starting out. Through trial and error I persevered. I remember staying up till 4:00 in the morning every night learning about html and building my websites from scratch. I operated many websites but the bulk on my income came from my fitness website. We were very successful until around 2008 when I noticed big stores such as Wal-Mart, Sears, other competition and now even Best Buy, started making their online presence and started selling the same products we were selling. This opened up my eyes and made me think that we would need to do something in order to continue with the income we were accustom to. So I thought, what goes hand in hand with exercise equipment, you guessed it vitamins and supplement. After reaching out to several vitamin lines, we found out quickly that they would not sell to us unless we had a brick and mortar store. Surprisingly enough, Michele was already taking our Isotonix OPC-3 because she suffered from Limes disease, and she was going to meet her friend Joan to pick up a bottle. I suggested, “Can I come along. I want to ask her if we can buy it wholesale?” Joan’s said, “I will have my business partner Nova give you a call tomorrow.” We realized a shift was taking place as larger online stores we positioning themselves to dominate smaller sites. We needed to find a way to compete and that is why we partnered with Market America and SHOP.COM. The rest is history!

Today, it’s a whole different world. New marketing systems, technology and social media continues to emerge making it easier for all of us to be successful. Starting an online business has never been easier. Our company provides a simply turn-key solution where anyone can be successful if we simply use the tools they provide. But in order to stay ahead of these curves you must be willing to make changes and advancements to your business.
