To improve our current sales procedure and better assist WebCenterOwners, we’ve made some enhancements for sales support as followings.
- Consultation call prior to sales appointment – We understand WebCenter Owners would like to discuss more details and share hotspots with the product specialists before the actual demonstration appointment. The assigned product specialist will make a call to the WebCenter Owner the day prior to the actual sales appointment to go through the notes and comments in the appointment wizard with the WebCenter Owner. This will improve the quality of the appointment for the candidate, the WebCenter Owner, and the Product Specialists.
- Email Communications through Sales Calendar – There is a new feature in the sales calendar, called “Share with WCO” inside the notes of each appointment.
