Develop a Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
To be successful at anything in life, you must be consistent. Consistency will outrun bursts of intensity every time. To be consistent with the right activities, break down your goals down into bite-sized pieces so you know exactly what it will take to achieve them. From there, you can develop a standard operating procedure for how you will improve and implement attitude & knowledge, goals, develop & service a customer base, expand distribution and follow up. Does your standard operating procedure contain a well-balanced plan rooted in these basic five fundamentals? Are you measuring, monitoring, adjusting and controlling your activities? Are you remaining consistent? It won’t be residual until it’s habitual! Make a clear SOP and commit to it.

Pay Attention to your Mindset
For as cliché as this sounds, your attitude determines your altitude. Your mindset is arguably the most important determining factor of your success because it affects everything that you do. How you react to challenges, your perception, believed perceived potential, consistency, professional & personal development, stay power, grit, grace and ability to build are all driven by your thinking. Pay attention to your mindset. When an opportunity is presented to you, do you take it? When a challenge arises in your business, do you shrink or grow? Do you complain or seek solutions?
