In late March, the TLS® Weight Loss Team kicked off a new spring challenge to help you supercharge your business by “Leading the Weigh”! Over the course of the month, our UnFranchise Owners were working hard to win new customers and new qualified prospects while showing their teams that they can walk the walk and talk the talk! But, now that the challenge has come to an end, it’s time to recognize our TLS Coaches Leading the Weigh!
During the month of April, close to 50 UnFranchise® Owners (UFOs) participated in the TLS® Leading the Weigh Challenge. The challenge was to excel by hosting TLS events to gain customers and increase sales of TLS products through any or all of the following:
- TLS® Home Overview
- TLS® Trim Tea Party/Overview
- TLS® Detox Home Presentation
UnFranchise Owners were also allowed to include one-on-ones and two-on-ones in addition to the four TLS® events to meet the 30-person challenge! Whether UFOs opted for group overviews, one-on-ones, or webinars, the goal was to get the word out about TLS by simply using the resources available. The challenge showed that sometimes, the difference is simply committing and allowing yourself to be held accountable. Imagine if every month you and your teammates worked to get at least 20 new Preferred Customers, most of which order products? For many, challenges are a step-by-step approach to moving forward with the ultimate outcome being ongoing income

What has it done for your business?
From the challenge I have many new TLS® customers, 22 people joined my TLS® class and I have two new business partners.
What did you do during the challenge to get so many customers and TLS® sales?
During the challenge, I focused on education and events. I held two TLS® Overviews, which led into two TLS® Classes, each running 4 weeks. I also ran three Trim Tea parties, plus multiple one-on-one overviews, both in person and online. My goal was to have each person complete the Weight Loss Profile on tlsSlim.com, which gave them a customized plan based on their lifestyle answers.
