World Chocolate Day: Benefits & Recipes

Happy World Chocolate Day! What a great excuse to indulge in one of the most popular sweet treats around the world. If you’re opting for chocolate today (and a lot of other days), research shows going for dark chocolate, at least 70% cocoa, may help support heart health because of the flavonoids which serve as antioxidants. Check out some of our favorite TLS-approved ways to celebrate World Chocolate Day and stay on track with your goals.
