As Market America transitions from SHOP.COM to MarketAmerica.com, changes are also coming to the way UnFranchise Owners (UFOs) manage customer orders. As part of this transition, iTransact/Payroc will be replaced by VIFT Connect , a new program designed to give UFOs greater flexibility and control over order fulfillment. If you're a current iTransact/Payroc subscriber, here's what you need to know. What Is Happening to iTransact/Payroc? iTransact/Payroc will be deprecated on Sept. 22 . Until that date, your service will remain active and orders will continue to process normally. After Sept. 22, UFOs who want the additional fulfillment flexibility offered through VIFT Connect will need to enroll separately. What Is VIFT Connect? VIFT Connect is designed to put more control in your hands when it comes to fulfilling customer orders. With VIFT Connect, you can choose how each order is fulfilled: Fulfill orders yourself using your own inventory. Drop-ship orders to customers. Have Market America fulfill orders for you. Add a personal touch to orders you fulfill yourself with samples, catalogs, thank-you notes, special offers and more . Manage inventory and Business Volume (BV) with increased flexibility. Give customers access to multiple payment methods, including Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) . Access customer dashboard transactions . Take advantage of increased BV placement flexibility .
