Getting Around Miami

We’re excited to be back in Miami for another spectacular World Conference! It’s easy to navigate your way around the city, whether you’re staying at the host hotel or have found other digs for the conference. Here’s our quick guide to getting around Miami:

We know that most of you use GPS technology to navigate your way around unfamiliar cities, so we’re making it easy for you. Here are the addresses you’ll need to type into you GPS to find your way to important World Conference locations:

Hilton Miami Downtown (Breakouts)
1601 Biscayne Blvd.
Miami, FL 33132

American Airlines Arena (Main sessions)
601 Biscayne Blvd.
Miami, FL 33132

Hard Rock Cafe (Conquer Entertainment event)
401 Biscayne Blvd. R200
Miami, FL 33132

If you’re planning to make use of public transportation to get from the airport to your hotel, here are some options: The Metrobus system costs $2, but there is no direct route to the hotel, so check with an agent on the ground to make sure you’re headed in the right direction. A taxi from the airport is typically about $30 from MIA and $90 from FLL, and shared shuttle services are available as well though require advance booking.

If you’re interested in calculating taxi fare around town, this site can give you estimates as well as provide you phone numbers to local taxi companies.
