We are so excited to announce the new DNA Miracle Baby Photo Contest! From now through February 27, 2014, you can submit your child’s photo with their favorite DNA Miracles product for your chance to win big! Read on to find out how your baby could become the next DNA Miracle Baby!
How to participate
Visit the DNA Miracles Facebook Page to enter! “LIKE” the page for access to the contest! Be sure to include the age of your baby in the description of the photo! Then follow the rules to submit your photo under the DNA Miracles Contest Tab! Follow @DNAMiracles on Instagram for contest coverage and to share your baby’s photo with your followers using the hashtag, #DNAMiracleBaby. The age groups for consideration are: 0-12 months, 12-24 months and 24-36 months! One winner will be selected from each age category! Your baby’s photo must include their favorite DNA Miracle product!

All eligible submissions received will be judged by a panel of judges upon the completion of the contest (2/27/14). New Face of DNA Miracles Photo Contest
Official Rules
Prize
Three (3) winners, one (1) lucky winner from zero to twelve (0-12) months old, one (1) lucky winner from twelve to twenty-four (12-24) months old, and one (1) lucky winner from twenty-four to thirty-six (24-36) months old, will be chosen to become the New Face of DNA Miracles. Each winner will receive a monetary prize of $500.00, the full line of DNA Miracles, and will be featured in at least three pieces of content of Market America, Inc. (“Market America”) properties, including social media, Powerline magazine, and eNews email (the “Prize”)! ARV $500.00. Costs of shipping the Prize to the winners will be paid by Market America. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Market America due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Market America) may be substituted.
Rules and Qualifications
- Applicants must be parents or legal guardians of a child (or children) who is (or are) between one (1) day old and thirty-six (36) months old on the date of entry.
- Employees and contractors of Market America, its subsidiaries, licensees, agencies, affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses, and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible.
- The challenge will run from 12:00 am EST on January 24, 2014 through 11:59 pm EST on February 24, 2014 (the “Challenge Time”).
- Entry into the contest is free. There are two ways to participate. To enter, you need to:
1) Facebook: Submit your photo, including a DNA Miracles product, on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/DNAmiracles, click on the New Face of DNA thumbnail, “Like” the page to become a Fan (if you are not already a Fan), allow the “New Face of DNA” application when prompted to “Get App,” and follow the instructions provided to upload and submit your child(ren)’s photo; or
2) Instagram: Post your photo, including a DNA Miracles product, to your personal Instagram account, follow the DNA Miracles Instagram account, tag @dnamiracles, include the age of the child in the photo and use the hashtag #DNAMiracleBaby within the Challenge Time.
- You must own all right, title, and interest in and to all intellectual property rights associated with your entry.
- Entries that do not meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements will be disqualified.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- There will be three (3) winners of this sweepstakes. The eligible submissions will be judged by a panel of judges. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The winners will be contacted on February 28, 2014 and will be publicly announced on March 3, 2014 on DNA Miracles social media and Market America’s Corporate Blog.
- This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
- Market America and persons and companies associated with it disclaim all liability for injury or damage to persons and/or property that might result from Sweepstakes entry or acceptance of the Prize.
- Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, entry, and/or likeness without compensation (except where prohibited by law).
- Acceptance of the Prize constitutes winner’s grant to Market America of all right, title, and interest in and to all rights (including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights) associated with winner’s entry. Winner shall also execute all documentation required by Market America regarding such ownership rights.
