ma Jobs: Beauty and Cosmetics Brand Manager

We’re hiring! Market America is looking to hire a full-time Beauty and Cosmetics Brand Manager.

The Beauty and Cosmetics Brand Manager oversee product and brand development, vendor relations, competitive analysis, and product marketing for its cosmetics, beauty, skincare, and fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Senior Vice President to implement the marketing direction for the brands.
  • Design and establish product features with Senior Vice President.
  • Execute monthly sales reports and create analysis and make recommendations to the leadership team based on findings.
  • Analyze competitive market potential to identify pricing points.
  • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to the leadership team on potential new products or the discontinuation of products.
  • Acquire packaging and samples on new and existing products.
  • Represent the company at industry and company events.
  • Manage a minimum of four support professionals to oversee the operations direction of the brand and day-to-day team responsibilities.
  • Manage special projects for the brands.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years brand management and new product development in cosmetic, beauty, skincare, fragrance, or fashion industry
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is preferred
  • Must have at least 5 years of new product development/marketing experience, relevant industry or consumer packaged goods experience
  • A successful track record of product management successes
  • International marketing/branding experience a plus
