If you have never been to a Gala Event, this is your opportunity to do so. This giveaway runs for 3 days only, from July 13, 2009 to July 15, 2009, so enter for your chance to win – good luck!

Prize

Two (2) Market America Gala Event tickets (value: $265.00 each)! Tickets are for admission to the Gala only, and will not provide admission to the 2009 International Convention. Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Market America, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Market America, Inc. due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Market America, Inc.) may be substituted. Winner will need to login to their Unfranchise® Business Account upon receiving their tickets to select their seat assignment. Note: this is a formal event and you may need to rent a tuxedo or evening gown to attend.

Rules and Qualifications

1. Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States or Canada and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Market America Independent Distributors are eligible to participate.
3. Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
4. Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
5. Entries may be submitted from 12:01 am EST on July 13, 2009 through 11:59 pm EST on July 15, 2009.

6. Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter.
8. The winner will be chosen through a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
9. The winner’s blogger username will be published on www.blog.marketamerica.com on July 17, 2009. Don’t forget to check back on that date to see if you are the lucky winner!
10. The winner must respond by 5:00 pm EST on July 19 to claim the Prize. If the winner doesn’t respond via email by the above deadline, another winner will be chosen.
