Beginning September 22 at 9:00 a.m. ET, SHOP.COM will become MarketAmerica.com. Market America brand mini-sites, including Isotonix.com, MotivesCosmetics.com and others, will also transition to MarketAmerica.com. Customers who visit those mini-sites will be redirected to a dedicated Brand Page on MarketAmerica.com. This creates a more connected online shopping experience while making it easier for customers to discover Market America products and brands.

With the launch date moving up, now is the time to begin preparing your customers for the transition.

Here are a few important steps to take:

• Start spreading the word. Let your customers know that MarketAmerica.com goes live on September 22 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
• Update your SHOP.COM links. Review links you've shared in emails, social media posts, websites, saved bookmarks and other customer communications.
• Share the new destination. MarketAmerica.com will become the primary online destination for Market America products and brands.

Important: SHOP.COM Redirects End September 28

There is an important date every UnFranchise Owner should remember. When MarketAmerica.com launches on September 22 at 9:00 a.m. ET, customers who visit SHOP.COM will initially be redirected to MarketAmerica.com.

That SHOP.COM redirect will only remain in place through September 28.

After September 28, customers who use an old SHOP.COM link may no longer be automatically redirected. That's why updating your links and communicating the new MarketAmerica.com destination before launch day is so important.

Brand mini-site addresses such as Isotonix.com and MotivesCosmetics.com will continue to redirect customers to MarketAmerica.com after September 28, helping provide a seamless transition for customers who are accustomed to visiting those sites.
