What’s the best way to get someone who loves MAC or Smashbox to try Motives®?
I would start by telling them that they have to test our quality. Once they see the amazing quality of Motives® products, they will see why everyone is talking about the brand! I would also tell them to compare the price of our products versus others.
What is one mistake you made while building business, and what is your advice to others who want to avoid making the same mistake?
- Doing a makeover during an event.
- Showing the Management Performance Compensation Plan (MPCP) too early.
