It’s Strategic Planning week here at Market America! For an entire week, our executives will be meeting for hours on end to discuss the future of our company in 2014. This is where big ideas happen, last year’s goals are evaluated, and major changes are made – all with YOU in mind! They’ll be working hard to ensure the future success of our company, and to mirror that work, it’s also a great time for you to work on strategies and plans for your own business.
This year, we invite YOU to join us during Strategic Planning week by evaluating your own UnFranchise® Business. Each day this week, check in on our Facebook page. We will post the topic that the executives will be discussing that day, along with a question or prompt for you to work on that day. For example, one day the executive team might be discussing goals for 2014, for which we will ask you to work on creating a list of goals for the coming year that will help you move closer to success.
While you can complete the daily prompts and questions alone, we encourage you to work on them with a trusted business partner. Just like in our Strategic Planning sessions, having more than one person present who knows your business well will help open your mind and broaden your perspective regarding your business. As you complete the prompts, be sure to maintain a good record of the work you have done so you’re able to refer to it at a later date.
In doing this, we hope that you are able to evaluate and improve your business, just like we are evaluating ours at a corporate level.
