It’s been another exciting week for the Market America product management and social media teams!
After a focused effort from the creative, product management and social media departments, all of the Market America Facebook product pages have been rolled out with the new Facebook Timeline design.
The new look of the timeline design offers bigger and brighter photos with more opportunities to tell the story of our unique products, and the many ways they can advance your UnFranchise® business.
I had the opportunity to catch up with Product Management’s Chief Content Writer, James Moffat, to get a better understanding of the redesign process and to find out the inspiration behind the concepts. James and the entire product management team plays an important role in the branding, marketing and visibility of Market America brands like Motives, Isotonix and TLS®. I asked him why he was excited about the redesign and what it took to create the final product.
What are you most excited about with the new design of the Market America Brand Facebook pages?
James: The new Facebook Timeline will allow us to share the stories behind what makes Market America products the best products available. We’ll be showcasing your favorite brands – both old and new – and give our fans some really great pieces of Market America products history.
What was your inspiration behind the design of the pages?
James: It all goes back to storytelling. We want to give fans – both those who have been with Market America for the last 20 years and those who only learned about this business in the last 20 days – a chance to really see what makes our products unique. And we’ll continue to add pieces of history to our pages, from old ads to videos to product images to customer testimonials. We want to give a complete picture.
What’s was your favorite part about the redesign process?
James: I love the ability to dive into our history in such a visually appealing way. From the distinct cover photos showcasing these great brands to the video clips we’ve added, to the old Powerline ads we’ve uploaded, the new layout really is striking. And the best part – we’re just beginning.
