Product Spotlight: Royal Spa®

This week’s product: Royal Spa® Smooth as Silk Hydrating Lotion – Single Bottle and our star distributor is Trina Maduro. Murdo is a social worker, youth minister, community advocate and non-profit board member, mom and wife that has been a Senior Master Coordinator with Team Arizona for the past seven years.

MA: Who do you sell Royal Spa® to? Who are your best customers?

TM: For the past seven years, I’ve introduced and featured Royal Spa® in nearly 100 product preview parties and one-on-one consultations in Arizona and Minnesota. My best customers are myself and my team who quickly add this product to their monthly regimen, as well as our family and friends. This product sells well to people of color in the desert of Arizona who struggle with nourishing and hydrating their skin. I use the travel sizes for stocking stuffers, samples, and gifts and it’s always a positive experience.

MA: What aspects about Royal Spa® attract the most customers? What selling points do you use?

TM: The perfect blend that is not too greasy or too dry! Customers love that the bottle lasts a long time and that it’s affordable!

MA: Are there any times or events in a month that provide more opportunity to sell Royal Spa® than others? Are holidays big selling times? Why?

TM: Royal Spa® is popular year round because we have dry heat everyday!

MA: What types of environments produce the best sales? Parties, events, etc,? What about specific environments and channels, like social media?

TM: Product preview parties. We exfoliate guests’ hands with a popular blend of water, sugar, Royal Spa® Apricot Bath & Body Gel, topped with Royal Spa® Hydrating Lotion. It’s a winner with both men and women!

MA: How do you convince that Royal Spa® is the best way to nourish your body?

TM: I tell people that their skin is the largest organ so they want the best!

MA: Finally, why do you love Royal Spa®?!

TM: I love the silky, smooth glow I get every morning when I step outside the door. It make me feel clean, refreshed, and confident!
