As of today, International Convention and the Gala are officially one month away! If you have a Gala ticket and have not yet reserved a seat for the Gala, you must do so immediately in your UnFrancise® Business Account. The online reservation system for the Gala will be unavailable after Wednesday, July 
18 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
The 2012 International Convention Gala Event will be held on Friday, August 10, 2012.
The following is a list of important reminders when registering your seats for the Gala Event*.
- A $265 Convention Ticket is required to attend the Gala.
- You must have valid ticket numbers and pass codes before you will be allowed to register a seat.
- Formal Attire is required.
- Even though you have already made your reservation online, you must check in at the Gala Registration Table, Wed.-Fri., August 8-10 to confirm your seating assignment and pick up your admission ticket to the Gala.
Special Announcement for Wine pre-orders: The Sheraton Hotel has made arrangements for pre-orders for wine to be made. This optional service can be arranged in advance by filling out the form by clicking on the link below. Just click on the link below and complete and return the form with payment as detailed on the form and the wine orders will be delivered to your table during the dinner.
*NOTICE ABOUT BRINGING YOUR OWN BOTTLES OF ALCOHOL TO THE GALA (“BROWN BAGGING”):
In accordance with NC State Laws, it will no longer be possible for Gala attendees to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the ma Gala Event. The Sheraton Hotel is required to enforce this provision, but in an effort to meet Gala attendees needs, has made the pre-orders for wine available.
