Marc Ashley brought down the house with his presentation on the Phase II developments for SHOP.com, introducing several new tools to make shopping through the portal even easier—and more profitable!
NEW: Shop Buddy, which will help you in finding deals on the Portal through all our partner stores. The Shop Buddy toolbar will stay with you – when you visit partner stores, it prompts you to log in to ensure you get your Cashback and IBV, and every current Hot Deal will show up in an expanding window to make sure you don’t miss out on great sales!
NEW: There’s a strong international contingent here at the Market America World Conference, and over the next 4-6 weeks, they’ll be getting their own exclusive international domains so that all countries have access to the portal. They’ll be simple addresses, like tw.shop.com for Taiwan and ph.shop.com for the Philippines.
NEW: The upgraded online Home Shopping List is designed to let you create a virtual shopping list for things you purchase on a frequent basis, to save you time and money by shopping from the comfort of your own home. The AutoShip option allows you to get the contents of that list restocked at whatever intervals you choose, and includes everything from nutrition products to Rastelli foods, Latin Products, Pinoy Outlet, Minimus.biz, and Extend snacks.
NEW: A gift-card program allows you to send eGift cards, an expansion of the Phase I e-gift program, which allows you to send a selection of products instantly for any occasion. The gift cards are virtual, and can be used anywhere on the Portal.
NEW: While there are several new one-cart stores with more Cashback and higher IBV coming soon, the BIG excitement is the brand-new partnership with Alice.com. The fun begins with a click-and-drag image-based shopping interface for grocery items: Over 8,000 items are available for delivery straight to your home, and over 4,000 of those are available for autoship through the home shopping list.
