Market America’s 2011 ma® World Conference kicks-off next week! Although the conference is sold-out, a few lucky UnFranchise® owners (six to be exact), will have the opportunity to win a ticket to what is expected to be our most historic conference ever!

Prize

Six (6) winners will have the chance to win one (1) ticket to our upcoming 2011 ma® World Conference in Miami, Florida (value: $200) courtesy of Market America, Inc. (the “Prize”)! Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Market America, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Market America, Inc. due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Market America, Inc.) may be substituted. Winner is responsible for all travel, accommodations, food, transportation and other expenses incurred in traveling to and attending the 2011 Market America World Conference.

Rules and Qualifications

1. Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States or Canada and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
3. Market America Independent Distributors are eligible to participate.
4. Market America Independent Distributors who meet all other? qualifications are eligible to participate unless they are currently involved in Market America’s corrective action process.
5. Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
6. Entries may be submitted from 12:01 am EST on January 28, 2011 through 11:59 pm EST on January 30, 2011.
   To enter, you need to do two (2) things:

   • Second, send an email to socialmedia@marketamerica.com and include
     your name and phone number.

12. The winner(s) will be chosen through a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
13. The winner(s) will be notified via email.
14. The winner(s) must respond by 5:00 pm EST on January 31, 2011 to claim their Prize. If the winner doesn’t respond via email by the above deadline, another winner will be chosen.
15. Winner is responsible for all travel, accommodations, food, transportation and other expenses incurred in traveling to and attending the 2011 Market America World Conference.
16. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
