At the 2011 Market America World Conference, there was a special Super Arena Breakout, where myself (Christian Karasiewicz) and Natalia Diaz gave a presentation on the benefits for business owners to use social media. We discussed the importance of social media, different types of content which constitute social media and shared important tips on how business owners can utilize social media to grow and continue to build their businesses and engagement with new and existing customers.
