As many of us across the nation gathered around our TV’s to watch the Giants and Patriots fight it out in the Superbowl – I thought a lot about what it takes to be a champion. The dedication to one team goal, with equal commitment from everyone involved – from the head coach to the training staff.
For any team, the Playbook serves as their roadmap for success – their vision of what must be executed for them to be victorious. It takes everyone being on the same page, and on the same play for the team to truly function as a team. If the team doesn’t play with unity, but as individuals, then they are doomed to failure. After all, success is a team sport.
