Prize:
Two (2) VIP seat upgrades at the 2010 International Convention in Greensboro, NC (value: priceless) courtesy of Market America, Inc. (the “Prize”)! Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Market America, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution for the Prize is permissible, except by Market America, Inc. due to prize unavailability, and then a prize of equal or greater value (as determined by Market America, Inc.) may be substituted.
Rules and Qualifications
- Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States or Canada and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
- Market America Independent Distributors who meet all other? qualifications are eligible to participate unless they are currently involved in Market America’s corrective action process.
- Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
- Entries may be submitted from 12:01 am EST on July 26, 2010 through 11:59 pm EST on July 28, 2010.
- To enter, you need to do three (3) things:
- First, leave a comment on the ma Blog, telling us what you are looking forward to most at the 2010 Market America International Convention.
- Second, become a fan of Market America on Facebook and follow Market America on Twitter and share this post.
- Third, send an email to internetmarketing@marketamerica.com with the subject, “VIP seat upgrades” and include your name/username that you used to post your comment.
- Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.
- No purchase is necessary to enter. However, the upgrades can only be used in conjunction with two (2) International Convention tickets, which must be obtained separately.
- The winner will be chosen through a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- The winner’s blogger username will be published on www.blog.marketamerica.com on July 29, 2010. Don’t forget to check back on that date to see if you are the lucky winner!
- The winner must respond by 5:00 pm EST on July 29, 2010 to claim the Prize. If the winner doesn’t respond via email by the above deadline, another winner will be chosen.
- Winner is responsible for all travel, accommodations, food, transportation and other expenses incurred in traveling to and attending the 2010 Market America International Convention.
