Here you can find GE’s Calculator that estimates savings with Compact Fluorescent Lightbulbs (or CFLs) – CFLs use up to 75% less energy than an incandescent bulb and last 10 times longer! GE’s Calculator estimates that if you replace just 6 traditional 60watt bulbs and 6 traditional 100watt bulbs, you’ll save about $100 per year, and nearly $600 over the life of the bulbs! That’s a positive impact on your wallet and on the environment!
And now that you know how much you can save with CFLs, you should know that 1000bulbs.com is offering 10% off ALL CFL bulbs until April 24th!
