We’re hiring! Market America is looking to hire a full-time Mac Helpdesk Administrator.
You will have the opportunity to provide your expert OS X/Mac knowledge and support for Apple desktop, laptop and iPhone users.
Requirements
- 2+ years help desk experience in a Macintosh environment.
- Expert level knowledge of and experience with Snow Leopard operating system (OS).
- Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work as part of a team with strong patience and tolerance of others.
- Experience utilizing helpdesk software (Clarity, Remedy, Service Desk Plus, etc.).
