Effective immediately, all new Preferred Customers on your site will automatically receive a 10% Subscribe & Save discount (previously 5% with AutoShip). This increase aligns more closely with today’s marketplace and gives you a competitive edge when it comes to attracting and retaining customers.

But the best part? You’re still in control of how you run your business.

Here’s What You Need to Know:

Existing AutoShip Customers
Customers already enrolled in AutoShip (now Subscribe & Save) will retain their current discount — but you can manually upgrade them to 10% at any time via UnFranchise.com.

• 👉 Navigate to:
  Business > My Customers > Manage Customers > Select Customer > Scroll down to Subscribe & Save Override > Select 10% > Save
• Want to Offer Even More?
  You can increase the discount up to 15% for any individual customer using the override settings — a great way to reward loyalty or encourage larger orders.
• Prefer Not to Use It?
  Subscribe & Save is completely optional. You can opt out if you'd prefer not to display it on your site. Just remember: future promotions and messaging will highlight the 10% discount — so opting out could mean missing valuable customer acquisition opportunities.
