Planning to pick up your order at the convention?

Keep these important dates in mind:

• Orders placed by Aug. 18 will be available for pickup on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
• Orders placed Aug. 19–22 by 2:00 p.m. will be available for same-day pickup.

Pickup hours and additional details will be included in your order confirmation email.

Corporate Headquarters Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order at Corporate Headquarters, the following schedule applies:

• Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Orders placed by noon on Aug. 23 will be available for same-day pickup.
• During the Corporate Tour on Sunday, Aug. 23, pickup will be available from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Please note that during regular business hours, pickup orders require approximately two hours to process before they are available.

• Select United States as your country and choose your preferred language.
