As you prepare for your stay in Miami, Florida, take advantage of this great opportunity to order Market America’s exclusive products and save on shipping costs, by choosing to pick up your order(s) at our host venue, the James L. Knight Center. This option is available for orders placed between Jan. 13 and Feb. 20.

UnFranchise® Owners (UFOs) based in the U.S. and Canada, and UFOs who have expanded their business into the U.S., can place pickup orders on UnFranchise.com. 

• If you are not based in the U.S., then please select the United States flag in the footer of UnFranchise.com.
• Shop for Market America’s exclusive products.
• During checkout select the box that states, “Yes, I want to pick up my order.”
• Then choose “James L. Knight Center (Complimentary Pickup)”
• Continue with checkout as normal.

All other UFOs can place pickup orders on SHOP.COM Global (SHOPGLOBAL.COM).

• Select the “Country/Region & Language” link located in the header on the home page.
• Choose “United States” and your preferred language.
• Then select the “Save” button to shop for Market America’s exclusive products.
• During checkout, select the checkbox that states, “Yes, I want to pick up my order.”
• Then choose “James L. Knight Center (Complimentary Pickup)”
• Continue with checkout as normal.

Important note for James L. Knight Center pickup orders:

• Orders will be picked up at the James L. Knight Center Riverfront Central Ballroom Lobby.
• Orders placed by Feb. 20 will be available for pickup between Wednesday, Feb. 26 and Saturday, March 1.
