Two (2) winners will be randomly selected to receive one (1) Autographed Jennifer Lopez “Love?” CD (value: $14.99) courtesy of Market America, Inc. (the “Prize”)! Costs of shipping the Prize to the winner will be paid by Market America, Inc. All costs, including federal, state and local sales, income and other taxes, insurance, and other expenses not specifically identified above as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Rules and Qualifications:

- Applicants must reside in one of the 50 United States or Canada and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Market America employees and their families are not eligible to participate.
- Market America Independent Distributors who meet all other qualifications are eligible to participate unless they are currently involved in Market America’s corrective action process.
- Sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.
- Entries may be submitted from 12:01 pm EST on Thursday, June 30, 2011 through 5:00 pm EST on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
- Entries that do not meet all rules and qualifications will be disqualified.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- The winners will be chosen through a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
- The winners will be notified via email on Friday, July 8, 2011.
